Hello! My name is Mario Navas, and I am an experienced childcare provider from Barcelona, Spain. I have a strong background in working with children, having volunteered at a local youth center (leisure education entity) and worked at an art school for kids. I am fluent in Catalan and Spanish and speak advanced English. I am fun and empathetic. I am passionate about engaging with children and providing a supportive and fun environment for them (and me) to grow and learn.

Dear Family,
My name is Mario Navas, and I am excited to introduce myself as a potential au pair for your family. I am nineteen years old and live in Barcelona, Spain. I am thrilled about the opportunity to join your family and contribute to your children's growth and happiness.
A Little About Me:
I am finishing a two-year program development studies and looking forward to being an Au Pair abroad. I love taking care of children and I volunteer in a youth center that provides“leisure education” for children. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, humor, climbing, and playing the guitar.
My Experience with Children:
Monitor, volunteer at youth center (1000 hours aprox, 2022-24), in a “lesiure education” entity, named Esplai Totikap. There I have had children from 5 to 9 years old. We are focused on a child-centric education, our most important labor is to create a safe space for children to express, play, and learn freely.
Children's Art School Monitor (2020-2022). I learned the importance of patience and respect for the child's rhythm and time.
Monitor Course (2 weeks, 2023), throughout the process, I acquired a lot of knowledge and skills in pedagogy. Some of the training I did during the course: emotional education, psychology, hiking and first aid
