Hello to everyone!
My name is Maya, I'm 22, I love travelling, cooking, reading and watching movies and documentaries about life, nature and what else.
I love any type of animals and nature in general. I'm not exactly vegetarian but I try to have a eco friendly lifestyle as much as possibile. And I love learning languages! I'm looking for a host family that helps me to improve my English or other languages so with whom I can learn more and do practise.

I'm a very curious and open-minded girl, I'm polite and generous and sensible about nature and environment, at the beginning I'm a little bit shy but then i'll become confident.
it's important for me to respect animals and nature and I hope you too!
In fact I do volunteer for Plastic free association.
I'm very calm and humble.
I have my high school diploma in languages (French, English and Spanish) after that I took a sabbatical year during the outbreak of pandemic, I had a work experience in France as waitress in the restaurant of Club Belambra Alisier in Praz-sur-Arly, I did two season (spring and summer).
I had other experiences work as hostess and hospitality and thanks to work linked secondary high school I taught french in a primary school and I worked in the airport of my city (Catania) as controller check-in and luggages .I've already done au pair in a family in Switzerland who had two children (4-6 yo) and I did also babysitting here in Sicily.
I would like to have a new experience work/ life to add on my life experiences, learning as always and to become fluent in English and French or learn German or Russian. I think that this experience is the perfect way to both study/learn and be economically independent from parents that it's very important to me! I hope you help me to grow and enrich my vocabulary and my soul! I hope that you can support me to take a language course in English or in an other language!
This here I started university in Science Politics and international relations. I don't know what kind of jobs I would do in the future yet. I would like to do something related to environment/ climate change like a green job or maybe work in a no-profit association such as WWF or Sealegacy or maybe work in an embassy!
