I am 24 years old, I am from Colombia, I became an au pair because I feel that it is a great experience for my life, I love to travel, meet, laugh, if you decide to hire me you will not regret it because I have many values, I have a beautiful personality, it is my first experience as an au pair and I want you feel comfortable with me, that you can feel comfortable with me, I hope we can have a good experience together.
My name is Yohana Barreto, I am 23 years old, I born in Colombia and I live in Bogotá with my mom, my sister, and my little dog, the last year, I finished my career and I graduated of professional of Modern Languages, I can speak Spanish, English, French and a little of German, but I want to improve my English and for that reason, I want to travel as au pair and also because is my dream since I was a child. My mother has a beauty salon and I help there, I do manicures, I wash people hair, I help with sweep the floor and the cleanliness, I also do hairstyles to girls or woman and other things I can do, I also teach English and French and I take care of children.
I consider me as a responsible, tolerant person which like to help, to be good person, who like to have great communication with the others, who like to fix the problems and always I like to be sincere, I love to be persistent and don't give up, because the life is too short to not do the things that I love, I am very smiling, I like to smile for everything, but fun to live, and enjoy the opportunities that God give me. I am very tender, my mom says that my tenure is the link that makes that the children like to be with me because when I see a child I like to smile at them, treat them well, play but the same time help to do the homework, I love to share with them and children love me.
Every day I go the gym, I like to do exercise because I think that start the day with exercise is too good for the body, for the energy, and the health, I like to ride a bicycle and every Sunday I go to ride a bicycle with my friends, I like to feel the air, nature, can to think in the beautiful city that we have while ride it's amazing. I love to read a book per month, I try to read all that I interested and I like, I love to listen to music while I do exercise, while I make the homework as clean the house, wash the dishes, wash the clothes, clean my room, my bathroom, and the kitchen. I like to be organized and have everything clean, I like to go to the movies, I'm a lover to watch movies, I like all kind of films and every week I go to the cinema with my family or my friends to watch a new movie, I love to share with my family, we like to do different things, as barbecued, play board games, go to the different villages near to Bogotá and know them, we like to eat typical food, desserts and prepare differents plates., I like to travel, to know different parts know the culture, the customs, the food, I like the extreme sports because the adrenaline is the best thing that one can to feel, I like to go to the extreme parks and share with my friends this experience, given that some are fearful to ride the attractions and their faces, their screams are really funny.
I want to be an au pair because I love the children, they are my life are the ones who brighten the days regardless of what is happening, they are my motivation, I like to share my time with them, learn with them it's one of the things most interesting instead of teaching them, they are the ones who teach you new situations every day, how to face every moment and how to be a best future sister for them, also I want to share my experiences with them. I found the perfect program as au-pair because it's completely. After all, since I was a child I liked to traveling and my dream always was to travel to the United States and different parts of the world, I can visit the touristic places, I can know the culture, the food, the customs, share with the new Friends and the most important that I can improve my language.
I want to be part of a family to the United States because I consider that I am a person who love the moments in family, who love share and do different things to know us, to enjoy and to have a good relationship family, I am independent, since I was a child my mother taught me to do the things of home, to be active, to help the others persons, to collaborate in the home, to be responsible with my decisions and always to be honest, so for that reason I think that I am a perfect person to share with my future family and with the children because I have good modals and values that I can to teach them, also I have a swimming certificate and I take a first aid course to help children in situations that arise. As well I can to teach them languages like Spanish, French, a little German and all the things that I can teach them will be of great help for the life of them.
I don't have a car, but my grandmother has it and she lends it to me, the car is mechanical, I drive three times of the week and I like to drive because I'ts amazing can to say that I have a driving license and when my family says who could to drive? I say I can. I feel to secure to drive the car of my future family because I practiced a lot and drive it's a great responsibility that everyone has and for that, it's important to be sincere and avoid accidents. In my last travel, I drove and in the car was the family and the child that I care, I am feel good to drive with children because it's my work, I have to take them to other parts, like medical appointments, the activities as the swimming class and others.
