Dear Future Host family, Hi! I'm Sara, a sparkling nineteen girl from Rome, Italy. I've decided to challenge my enterprise and my english knowledge by becoming an Au Pair; in the meantime, I am a University student and a person full of passions (check my bio to know more about me!).
I am a very loving person who adores playing with children and can't wait to be part of your life and your family! I also love animals, cooking and learning more about other cultures.

I am a very empathic, sensitive person, who loves being with others but knows how to find moments to reflect alone. I would describe myself as a confident, enterprising and dreamer girl, determined to make her dreams come true!
I am a morning person, and I can adapt easily to any life-style.
I love order, cleaning and discipline, I am pragmatic and always very cheerful!

I have always loved studying since I was a child, always getting excellent grades!
In middle school I participated in a competition organized by the Bocconi University in Milan, finishing third at the national level in a mathematics competition.
I graduated in 2019 with a score of 98/100 from Nomentano High School, winning a scholarship for university studies.
I am attending the first year of Biology at the Sapienza University of Rome; is very interesting, but next year I would like to start medical studies, my true passion!

I've always had great experiences with children. Since I was little I have taken care of my younger sibilings, immediately acquiring maturity and practicality in managing children. I like to play with fantasy, I prefer it to physical games, and I think it is the best way to develop a child's cognitive ability!
From the age of 10 I started babysitting the neighbors daughter, but the two most formative experiences, were:
- Three years spent being the animator of a summer center in my parish (2 months for each summer); 50 children to watch and a lot of organization!
- Being the scout leader for four years (I still am) of 5 to 16 year old boy scouts
For legal and privacy reasons I cannot post photos of minors without their consent.

My first language is Italian, as I live in Italy, but I also have relatives in Catalonia (unfortunately I only understand Spanish, but I don't speak it)!; I can also understand written French easily.
As for my knowledge of English, in middle school I graduated from Trinity and before finishing High School I've attended a private course of two year in order to obtain the First certification, reaching level B2; in the meantime I've also did a three-week study trip to Brighton, really inspiring!
I have always loved my city and my country, but I am an go-ahead girl who wants to explore the world and have a thousand opportunities; I am therefore willing to move into the future, we will see where my ambitions take me!

If required, I can iron and cook perfectly
I have a driving license and I can drive very well (I also have my own car)
I have no food intolerances or preferences and I am perfectly healthy!

I have high expectations of this experience (I am a very optimistic person); I hope to find a loving family in all its forms (single parent, belonging to the lgbtq + community, with disabled children etc ...), as love has no labels or borders.
I know that each country is different in its way of welcoming and behaving, but I'm sure I can bring some of the warmth that distinguishes Italy where I will be asked!
