I am a loving and energetic person that loves working with children of all ages. I am a patient and happy individual who always sees the silver lining to every cloud. I like staying active and enjoy challenges in life. I believe in positive reinforcement and love spending time outdoors.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Foundation Phase Education with six years of teaching experience. I am also TEFL certified to teach English to foreign learners and have experience in first aid for infants and young children.
While I studied, I worked as an Au Pair for two wonderful families. I Au paired three years for each family and enjoyed the time I spent with them immensely.
Some of my duties included:
Doing the shopping for the family.
Preparing lunches and dinners.
Taking the children to school and fetching them again.
Taking the children to extramural activities and playdates.
I helped with homework and assignments.
Looking after pets.
I also did occasional babysitting if it was required.
