Hello, my name is Clement, I'm nineteen and I live in Buckfastleigh. I am currently searching for a new family because the one I live in right now has encountered some financial problems and can't live with an extra member. I was born in Marseille, and I grew up there until I got my High School diploma. After that I went in Grenoble, France, to study electrotechnic, so I am now also an electrotechnician. This job allowed me to study and live without the financial help of my family. In the end it isn't something I want to do for a living, because I decided to become a nurse instead.
I am a meter seventy-seven or five foot ten inches, I am white, have brown eyes and have black long hair. I'm always shy at first but I really enjoy being with others. I have a strong determination and am a relatively calm person. My parents are teachers, I have a seventeen years old sister, a five years old step brother, a eighteen and sixteen sisters in law and a eight years old cousin. As the eldest of my family, I have always been tasked to take care of my brother, sisters and cousin. When my brother was younger, he could not fall asleep unless I had him in my arms. That was cute. I also helped them with homeworks etc.. I already have experience with children, for I am currently Au-Pair for a three children family and was Au-Pair in a five children family just before that. I also worked with my father when he was a sailing teacher and helped him a lot in holidays (he is now an elementary school teacher). I love to cook, really like to draw and paint and to work with my hands. I like to sail, climb, trek and camp, and I really enjoy listening to music.
I have the french Baccalaureat, which is the certificate of end of studies in High School. I also worked for a year in the Grenoble's particuls accelerator, the ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) as part of a dual study year. In this job I was half time in electroengineer school and the other half in the ESRF as an engineer. I was working with a team for the stable supply of energy to the electromagnets that control the electron beam course.
In my free time I enjoy swimming, drawing, going in town and museums, or watch animes and play video games. When I have the opportunity I really like to build huts in the woods out of the things I find, or make some electronics, but since not everyone has a soldering iron or a forest nearby I do those things less often that I wish I could.
I am currently Au-Pair in Buckfastleigh for a family of three children, aged from two to six years and was Au-Pair for a family of five children in Hamburg, Germany, aged from zero to seven. I also helped my parents, who are teachers, in their class when I was ill or that my school was closed. I also come from a family of five brothers and sisters, so I know how much noise that can make.
I am french and appreciate to talk at sustained level. I also talk english fluently and I understand german quite well, but I can't really speak it.
I want to be an Au-Pair because I like to take care of others, and because I think it is a unique and amazing experience. I was already in a host family back in twenty-sixteen in Germany, and I loved the time spent there. I also loved the time spent here and in Hamburg while working for those families.
I don't have any specific diet as long as it's healthy. I say that because I saw I had to precise I was not vegan but if your family was in fact vegan I would gladly join in! I would also like to add that I can extend my work duration if that's something you need, because I am not sure it's a good idea to try and study right now due to the pandemic of Coronavirus.
