I'm an AuPair from Armenia and I'm already in the US. Wanna rematch the family
Dear Host Family,
It's so exciting to be able to write to you to give you a better idea of who I am and what I'm like as a person. My name is Mher but my brothers call me Leon, and I am a 24-year-old Armenian boy with an open and unique personality. Being creative and imaginative is something that I really enjoy since it allows me to freely express myself with confidence.
I come from a fairly large family of 5: I live with my mum, my dad, and my 2 siblings
I have many hobbies and consequently don't always have enough time to enjoy all of them in one day! In my free time and even when I am studying I always listen to music as it keeps me positive and happy. I really enjoy studying Chinese and learning new things about the language. China and the Chinese language have interested me from a very young age since it's so different to my own language and others that I had studied in school. I knew that it was going to be a challenge from when I first taught myself the writing systems, but that was what intrigued me even more; it kept me motivated and eager to learn. That's why I went to China about a year ago. I was volunteering in a kindergarten. That was a great opportunity for me to travel and discover China. They couldn't speak English so well and that's why I learned Chinese and now I'm able to communicate in Chinese too. I love to discover new things and learn new skills and that year in China was a great experience for me. I was an AuPair in Massachusetts and have a lot of experience. Unfortunately I had some difficulties with the previous host family but that wasn't any of ours fault and so I don't blame my host family. I'd like to find a new family and continue living the dream because I've learnt a lot of new things so far and this is absolutely amazing. I can also drive and have practice I the US. I was about to get my Massachusetts driving license but since I don't now where am I gonna move (which state) I decided to do it In that state.
Thank you so much for have read my letter, I hope you enjoyed it.
Yours, Mher
