Nanny/au pair from Italy, I'm Lisa and I'm 20, I'm looking for a personal experience to mature and become indipendent, starting from 1 August

I love staying with other people, I want to do this experience firstly to mature and become a better person, and secondly I want to improve and practice my english.
I'll try to be as helpful as possible and to be open to all proposals.
I'm also afraid of this experience, because I'm indipendend here in Italy, but I've always my family and my friends with me, who support me, but I want to do it lonely to become a better person, opening my mind to different cultures and countries.
I've been working as babysitter and assistant for homework for 6 years, I work as substitute teacher in kindergarten and primary school and I'm also a trainee in these.
I've been working as children's entertainer for 7 years; and I'm a volunteer in a goup home once a month.
