I am a very trustworthy, friendly, easygoing, honest and dedicated person. I have a passion for people, new cultures and languages. If you were to host me, I would be more than happy to help out with some chores around the house, while looking after your little ones, playing with them and helping them to learn the English language and more about my culture (if you wish). From a host family, I hope to feel included and a part of the family, whilst being an 'older sister' figure for your children.

Hello, I am Sophie, an 18-year-old school student. I have just finished school and next year (2020) I will be traveling around Europe and after am hoping to do an aupair to immerse myself into another culture whilst sharing my own with others.

I have always been described as a kind, loving, easy going and gentle person. I am a ‘people person' and just love being around people.

I am also a very determined person, when I have my mind set on something - I have to do it. For example, when I was 16 I became very interested in the Italian culture as I was learning Italian at school. After a few weeks of researching, I found an exchange program. I saved my money all by myself and I went to Italy and lived with a lovely host family for 4 months. I attended an Italian language school and absolutely loved it. I have now been learning Italian for 5 years and can almost speak it fluently.

I enjoy learning Italian, animals, learning about new cultures, meeting new people, swimming, cooking, travel, bike riding, running, travel, spending time with family and friends, learning new things and eating healthy!
I have wanted to be an aupair since I was 16 as I have always loved kids. I want to be an aupair as I would love to feel a part of another family and emerse myself into their culturen and be an ‘older sister' figure to the children. I hope to move to europe in the next few years to teach english as a second language.

Since the age of 14 I have been babysitting for many families in my area. I have babysat for many children from the ages of 1 and 14. I also now have 4 younger cousins who I look after from time to time. I currently work in a childrens toystore and enjoy spending time with the children and playing with them.
