Au pair from Indonesia called Lea, 24yo. Looking for a job with a nice and great family starting from 10 March 2020.
My name is Lea, as a second of third kiddos in the house I'm pretty humble, caring and love to tell jokes or make everyone around me smile and happy. Talking about my hobbies, I love singing, reading a book, and learn new things.
In about two or three years, I plan to pursue a master degree, but I am yet to make up my mind concerning my future area of specialization. So, at the moment, I would like to take some time out of academics to have different life experiences, and I think spending a year abroad would be particularly interesting.
My first language is, of course, Indonesian and I am also fluent in English. I started learning English in primary school. I have been learning Germany language at Goethe Institut so I can get the certificate.
When it comes to childcare experience, my relatives called me baby whisperer lol it's because when baby crying so loud and I hold them, they will be super calm and smiley and seriously it made my heart melted, I don't know why if some people thinking babies are creepy well not for me because for me babies and child its an angel. I've been babysitting my neighbor's kids for some months we sang, danced, played games, painted, and narrated stories. We also visited the local animal park. I can comfortably say that I sincerely enjoy spending time with children.
As far as preferences are concerned, I am looking for a live-in arrangement with a host family, that would be happy to have me stay with and work for them for at least 6 - 12 months. I would be happy to have the opportunity to speak with you, to answer whatever questions you may have about me or my childcare experiences, to learn more about your family, your interests and to know more about what you expect from the au pair arrangement.
