I am responsible, happy, friendly, helpful person and working as a College faculty here in my hometown for about two years now.
My name is Shaira, 25 years old from Philippines. I have experienced in taking care of kids and doing house chores. I have a younger brother Sydrick he was 5 that time when he lived with us during my college years in the city of Cebu which is 9-10 hours away by ship from our home together with my other siblings which were studying in college as well. He stayed with us for 2 years and attended school in Kinder 1 to 2. My mother works abroad so I have been taken the full responsibility of my siblings since my mom went abroad. I play volley ball before but now I barely able to play because I've no time. I enjoy going to the malls, arcades, and cinemas. I'm friendly person and like children. The best thing I like to do is to travel and meet new people, explore other countries, learn their language and culture and to be out of comfort zone, explore and do amazing things. I hope this will be the beginning of my new journey. We are big family, I have six sibling 3 sisters and 3 brothers. I'm the second elder child, my mom always rely on me especially with my siblings matters and our household according to her I'm very responsible and reliable. My father manage his farm and fishpond, he help us with the expenses in the house as well. My older sister already had a son Eros which is 5 years old now. I used to babysit him for 2 years while I'm working in school where he also enrolled in Kinder. I did all the routine before we went to school prepare his food, bathed and dressed him, drove him to school and back home, ate lunch together, helped him with his school works. He was the next child I babysit after my younger brother which is now with my mom in Canada and my nephew is already with her mom as well in Cebu City, Philippines. At the moment I still have one nephew living near our house which I babysit sometimes and I really love doing it, I feel the need of being responsible whenever there's a child living with you. Since I'm in-charge in our house I always try to maintain the cleanliness as much as possible and organized. It will be my first time to work outside the country if given a chance to be chosen. The reason why I want be an Aupair is that I want to get to know the way of life as well as different cultures. Most importantly, it would be a great chance to spend an entire year taking care of children. And of course, it would be great to improve my English skills as well and learn other language.
I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year with you and your kids. I am looking forward to talking to you.
