I'm Marife, Nanny/au pair from the Philippines 42, looking for a job with a nice family, starting June 2019.

Dear Family,

Thank you for considering me as your potential Nanny/au pair!

I am Marife, 42 y/o from the Philippines. I am married with a 17-year old son. I am a loving and caring nanny, friendly, loves to be with kids, reliable and flexible.

I've worked for four years as a full time house helper in Hong Kong in the year 2006-2010. My duties include doing housework, caring for children, assist them in school homework, sending them to school and learning centers, prepares food for them. In Hong Kong their first qualification to be a helper is at least you know how to cook because they are really fond of eating fresh and healthy. I'm glad I met their standard. :) It was a good stay until the need to be back home for an important duty.

I went back my home country after finishing my contract because that time, my Mother needs a special attention and care due to her serious illnesses, such as cancer of the bone and blood cancer and kidney problem. It was so devastating. Since then, I stayed by her side, I know in my heart that there is no one who can give her the amount of caring and love than her own child. It's my way of giving back to her the care she had provided me when she was able to do so. Sadly, she did not make it and succumbed after a year. I was saddened by that so I decided to stay with my family and look for a job in my home country to support my family.

I was employed as an online English teacher for Korean and Chinese students age ranges from 6-55. Later I switch to a home based job instead of an office based work that requires traveling and being away from home the whole day. This way, I still can do a lot of things at home and care for my son while earning.

Now, I decided to apply for work overseas once again to support my son's studies because he's now going to Senior high school and will pursue to college. I am glad I found this site because it's exciting to know that I can still be able to apply for a job that I am familiar with and do the thing I really enjoy that is to care for children. I just love being with them and imparting my knowledge and expressing love and care for them. It was such a great experience caring for them and treat them as your own. That's why I'm searching for a new family to be with. I hope that we can build happy moments together and be able to help them in every way I can.
