Dear Family,
My name is Allyson and I'm 23 years old. I spent last year as a language assistant helping teach English at the college and lycee level. And I'm currently working as a fille au pair in Toulouse, France. I would like to stay in France another year to study, and hopefully find a job permanently in France, so I'm looking for a fille au pair position for the 2019-2020 year starting in the fall to continue my french language and cultural education. :)

I'm from a big family, 2 brothers and 2 sisters and we always lived in a neighborhood with lots of kids, so I have experience in childcare and babysitting. I also worked for 2 years at the daycare center after high school for children. I went to a private high school before moving on to get my bachelors degree in Fine Arts, with a minor in Graphic Design and French.

I like to be active and I played a lot of sports when I was younger so swimming, volleyball, and basketball are my favorites. Me and my family love to play a lot of board games when we get together so I'd love to share that with whatever family I find myself working for. As a former art student, I love all things creative such as drawing, painting, and music (I can play a bit of piano but i'm no master).

Because I studied french in high school and a few years in college, I can get by but I'm not fluent (yet) but I hope to be! I would be able to help the children learn some english and some things about American culture.
