My husband and I have bought a house in the Deux-Sèvres Serves region of France I have been teaching adults who want a career in childcare for the last 13 years before that I worked for the Social work department supporting parents and children in crisis and before that I worked in a state nursery school as a senior practitioner. I have 20 years experience.

I am beginning an adventure in France my husband and I and our two whippets have bought a house in the Deux-Sèvres Serves district of France. I have two grown up children 25 and 27 years of age. I studied Childhood Practice at Edinburgh University and have a BA.
I love France the food the heat compared to Scotland even the winter is warm:)

I am eager to learn French and able to help children learn English through play and fun activities. I think I am funny my children disagree. I like to walk to swim and am fairly active. I love music and dance badly but with great energy. I also sing badly but with great energy.

I would love to gather enough income to enable us to live and work in France. The college I work for at the moment are allowing me to mark for them after the move to help with the transition. Caring for children and young people is what I do best therefore to nanny seemed the perfect fit when thinking of career changes in France.
