Dear future host family
I'm Ximena and I'm 20 years old. I am from mexico, I was born in Aguascalientes, a small city in the center of Mexico. I grew up in this sunny and quiet place full of nice people. I live here with my parents, Alfonso and Dulce ,my three brothers, and my two sisters.
What can I tell you about myself? I am a responsible, nice, really patient and emphatic girl. In my daily routine, I'm organized, resolute and dynamic. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
I am a very creative person who likes to do manual things, like drawing, cooking, sewing, etc. I am an equanimous person who likes to go on adventures, relax, be at home and sit down to read, I am a person who wants to do and discover new things: people, places and cultures.
I like to travel, I believe that is a good way to meet new people. I enjoy dancing, mostly latin or trending music. However, I usually listen to different musical styles and I love attending concerts too.
As for my experience with children, since I was 15 years old I started working in recreation places in which children go to have fun, I have given math regularization classes, and I have also worked as a nanny with different families. I have taken care of babies from 6 months to 14 years old kids. During a short period I worked as a receptionist in a ballet academy and as a teacher's assistant in the music school in which we focused on teaching them to develop a taste for music and helped them to develop their learning skills in a better way, as well as the most important for me, we taught values like responsibility, respect to others and to nature, generosity, gratitude and love.
I have driven since 2016 when I got the license, reason why I am a good option if you want me to take the kids somewhere.
The reason why I decided to do this is the pleasure of making an adventure in another country in a family atmosphere, which I really value. Being away from home and knowing different people will help me mature and grow as a person. I will learn to be more tolerant and I will be able to communicate better to solve misunderstandings. I know that living with your children and with you, in a different country, will increase my personal background and I´ll learn a lot.
I feel very satisfied when I work with children because I feel I can really make an impact on them. Kids are the future of the world so I want to be involved in the process of making them good people.
