My name is Mayra and I am a 26-year-old Mexican girl that is at the task of looking for a wonderful host family!!!
I had been living in the United States for 14 years before relocating to Mexico, so I am very fluent in English and of course, in Spanish, I am very interested in languages and I try my best to be understood in a couple of others.
I have gathered experience taking care of children since the age of 9 since I myself am an orphan and had the responsibility of providing care for my younger sisters, through tough times I have learned to be careful, to listen and to understand how children are, what they need and how to be of great positive influence in their lives since I myself as a child sought these things.
I have worked with a couple of families in Mexico kindly providing company and care to children as well as to the elderly, I have spent some time in The United States as well were I gained acknowledgment on how to work with autistic children. My recent experience was in Germany where I worked with a family belonging to the USA Air Force.
I wonder what my next destination will be!!!
I am a very active girl, I love to go hiking, swimming, bike riding, etc...
I love outdoor activities, I very much like to dance and exercise...as much as I adore to read, write and draw...
I am very fond of gardening and cooking, I love to try new things and experiment.
