Hi Host Family! My name is Jimena, I'm 21 years old, I'm from Argentina.
I currently live in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA with a beautiful host family. I am au pair and I am working with them, but on June 15 they will not need me anymore. That's why I'm looking for my new host family!
I would like to tell you a little about my current work reference.

I have taken care of Moses, a 2-year-old baby, with whom I have been able to generate a good link, through games, songs and walks outside. It really wasn't easy, because Moses is not used to being with other adult people other than his parents.

Emory, 4-year-old strong boy. It has been a challenge for me to take care of him, because he has strong emotions and shows them physically. But talking to him and showing him that I loved him, and that I was with him to help him, he started to behave better with me. We also had problems with food, as he always wanted to eat snacks unnecessary. So I was helping him organize his meal schedules so he can have a healthier life.

Alex, 8-year-old boy enthusiast. Alex doesn't like playing alone or gets bored too fast. So I always created a new game to keep him happy. And also played in the games he wanted, such as basketball, board games, running games, go to the zoo and parks..

I've taken the three boys to parks, zoo, museums, and out of the house. Because I think they are the best places a child would like to visit.

On my expectation for my new host family, I would like you to enjoy doing activities outside the house as much as I do, practicing sports, visiting new places, sharing culture, food and anecdotes together. That interest you know me as well as I am also interested in meeting you. Feel part of the family, and get involved in their family activities. Have conversations about what's right and what's wrong to improve it.

And also respect my schedules and spaces, my outings with friends and new people I'll meet, my travel plans and plans within the city in which I live.

In this way I sincerely believe that we will have the best experience in this program for both.
