Isabel, Au pair from Spain, will be 20 in June, looking for a job with a nice family starting in mid-July

I think I'm a bit of an extroverted person, but also a bit awkward sometimes, it always depends on the situation. I also consider myself as a mature and positive person. I like conversation, and I'd like to get to know my host family really well during my stay, because I think that the people that you meet while traveling make the experience all the more worthwhile. I'm a friendly and patient person, and I also love children, even though I haven't had much experience with them. What I have done is look after kids for about an hour or two, usually teaching them English or playing games with them.
I have a few hobbies, like theatre, dancing and singing during my free time. Music is also something else I study: I can play the viola and a little piano. On occasion, I also like to read and write. I'm somewhat a cinephile as well, I like watching movies and series, and analyzing them.
I'm currently studying Food Science and Technology in the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and so far I've been having a good time there.
I'd like to become an au pair because I'd really like to learn a new language and see new places. Spending time with children is always a plus! I've never traveled to a place for a long period of time either, and I think that would be a fun experience.
