My name is Luciane, I'm French , I am 22 years old and I am studying costume design and making in the UK. Before this degree, I studied fashion in France. I love creativity, going to exhibitions, museums... I think we can learn so much about the world around us and ourselves just by stepping in an art gallery. I am a very curious (in the good way) person, I love learning new things, discovering different cultures. I am actually trying to learn new languages (danish and Spanish and I am trying to get back to German that I left after leaving high school ). I also really enjoy a good book.
I listen to a lot of music, my playlist is always open to new songs ! (though the 60s/70s might have a slightly bigger place in my heart)
I grew up with two older brothers, in a very small village in the north/east of France. My dad is an electrician and my mom is a history and geography teacher ( which might explain why I love learning about civilizations and their history)
The nature and the environment are two really important things for me. I grew up in the countryside, in a village surrounded by forests and fields (and cows). My parents took care to make my brothers and I more responsible in our lifestyle, towards the environment, and they always explained us how important and fragile nature is.
I have been a camp counselor for 6 years with kids from 6 to 16 years old. I love being with them and playing with them, or just talk with them actually.
I love traveling, getting to know foreign countries, their cultures...
I am responsible, independent and I would love to join you for a couple of months !
