Welsh nanny/au pair living in Valencia. Your children will be safe with me and we will have a great time!
I love children and I enjoy making them laugh but I also enjoy teaching them valuable things like teaching them to ride their bike or to swim. Childhood memories are so precious and important and I intent to give your child plenty of laughter, teach them valuable lessons and help them with their interests, school work and passions.
I am a native English speaker so I am able to teach your little ones English from a young age and make it fun. ( doesn't have to be in a formal setting, this can be through day to day activities.) I am currently studying Spanish and hoping to improve as much as possible.
As the eldest of 4 children at 10 years old I began caring for my baby sister when she was born. I taught 2 of my siblings to ride their bikes and I was often left in charge. I would enjoy doing so many different activities with them, from attempting to skateboard with my little brother to making up dance routines with my younger sister. Even though I did many fun things with them I also did things like cooked them basic dinners, put them to bed and read them stories. I drove them to their swimming, dance lessons, helped them when they would fall off their bikes and gave them advice or pep talks when they were feeling down or unsure about something.
I've wanted to work with children abroad and teach them English for a while now. It all started about 5 years ago when I travelled around South East Asia where I worked at an orphanage, in Thailand. The children were so sweet and I had so much fun playing and caring for them. After that experience I knew I wanted to live outside the UK in a different culture, working with children.
