Live-in Nanny/Au Pair from USA, 30, looking for a family in NANTES, France starting May/June

I am looking to be a live in nanny/au pair/auxiliaire familiale/ auxiliaire maternelle in Nantes, France for one year to learn conversational French.

I have over 15 years of childcare experience with children from infants to teenagers, and I worked with many types of families and various ages of children. I am currently a full-time care provider, caring for three children, 8 months old, 3 years old, and 5 years old; I also babysit children newborn to 14 years old.

I truly enjoy being around children. While I take my job seriously, I do not take myself too seriously. I laugh easily, and I like to have fun and connect with children at their level of maturity. I am pretty easy going, with interests including traveling, enjoying movies and TV shows, cooking, exploring cuisines (i.e. eating different foods! :-) ) My interest in travel has given me the opportunity to travel, live, and work abroad.

I have enrolled in a French as a Foreign Langauge school in Nantes, and I will live in Nantes, France on a student visa. In addition to my studies, I would like to immerse myself in French culture. I will begin classes on Monday, May 28th, and I would like to start with a family around late May/early June. I am open to a variety of families and live-in arrangements in Nantes.
