Au pair from Spain called Pilar. I'm 24 years old (25 in September). I'm looking for a kind host family.
I'm able to start at the beginning of September until beginning/end of June.
Regarding my educational training and professional experience, I studied a Superior Grade Formative Course for two years, and when I finished this course I did practises in a nursery for 2 months.
Then, I started to study a pre-school education degree and now I'm in my last year of university so I'll finish it in early June.
In my second year of degree I have done 1 month more in nursery school as a practicant and between my third and fourth year I have done five months in preeschool as a practicant too.
Also, I have worked as a teacher aid in a study center with children from 3 to 15-year-old for five months. Now I'm not working as a teacher aid because I was doing a replacement, but my boss was very satisfied with me.
I have a 3-year-old nephew and I looked after him almost since he was born even some nights too, so I'm be able to take care of very young children. I love children and I wish I worked as a teacher one day but first of all I would like go abroad and work as an au pair. I have an intermediate English level and at the moment I'm studying for first certificate so I would be able to comunicate with English speakers. Although my mother tongue is Catalan but I can speak Spanish perfectly.
About where I live, I come from Catalonia (Spain) so I'm interested in living in another country at the beginning of September 2018 until beginning/end of June 2019 and also I'm interested in seeing other cultures and living an amazing experience.
Regarding my family, I have two older siblings, a 34-year-old sister and a 32-year-old brother, so I'm the younger. They have their own house and family so I'm living with my parents helping with the family restaurant, as a waitress and helping my mum into the kitchen, while I'm getting my degree done.
Regarding my personality, I consider myself as a responsible, mature and organized person. I am polite, sensible, sincere, honest, affectionate, reliable, patient, and hard-working. Sometimes it's difficult for me to make friends because I'm a little shy but I take confidence quickly. Moreover, I'm self-confidence and a good listener.
I have boyfriend for seven years and he understand my decision to go abroad in order to become an au pair, he really is a charming boy.
Among other information, I would add I have my driving license since I was 19 years old without fines or any problems
