A little about me- My name is Hannah, I am 24 years of age, originally from Essex, England but migrated to Western Australia at the age of 15.
I would describe myself as a bubbly, friendly, honest, caring and reliable hard-worker. I am obviously humble as well(!)
I have spent the past two years living independently and supporting myself in Scotland. But as you can imagine, moving from Australia to Scotland has left me in need of a little sunshine, so I'm now looking forward to moving to Palma in April. Palma is particularly appealing to me because my Aunt and her partner emigrated there a few years ago.
Since graduating school I have always worked full-time in retail, and would usually babysit on evenings and most weekends.
I previously managed a childrens store called the Fairy Dell in Australia for two years, that specialised in fantasy themed Children's parties and new-age products. Before being promoted to manger, I worked as a children's entertainer (fairy) for 3 years where I also attained my working with children check. Tasks included general cleaning, prepping food, entertaining, caring and most importantly, assisting the children when/where needed. Ages ranged from 3 to 12 years.
On top of that experience, I have been babysitting since the age of 13. Over the years I've babysat children of a variety of ages, the youngest being 18 months old. I completed basic first aid training in 2012 but would happily re-take the course if needed. I also hold a valid police clearance.
Over the past two years, I have lived with and cared for my sister-in-law, (25) who has dyspraxia. In my free time I bathed Natasha, aided basic tutoring and took her on outings with everything in between.
I am more than happy to run errands and help with the housekeeping. I also enjoy cooking. Unfortunately I do not currently hold my drivers license but am more than comfortable with public transport.
Just to make you aware, I am looking for a short term placement only, from mid April until the 24/05/2018 as I will be travelling with my Dad after this. I am happy to work part-time, but preferably full time.
