Hello, my name is Lara I am 19 years old, I am from the UK. I have over 3+ years of childcare experience in and out of childcare settings. This includes home settings, childcare nurseries and also working abroad in a childcare company. I have always loved working with children to support there development and grow. I am looking for a nice family with a stay for a stay of 6 months.

I feel as though I am very efficient and highly motivated individual and have a natural responsive and caring attitude towards everything. I see myself as a team player with excellent communication skills with others that I work with and those who I come into contact with but also feel I work well alone; in addition to this I am a great listener and learner. I personally see myself as extremely flexible person seeking employment that will be able to help me to develop, grow and make use of the skill I already have. I am a keen, hardworking, reliable and excellent time keeper. I essentially have a good sense of humour. Being loyal, competent and trustworthy are key features of mine that I take very serious.

I am qualified with a BTEC National Diploma in Children's, Play, Learning and Development Level 3 at collage and I have achieved a DMM grade profile. while on my collage course I worked in different settings the ages ranging from 0 months to the age of 7 years. This includes nursery's and school settings. I did this over a course of 2 years. While working in one of the schools I helped and worked along side a SENCO worker this supported my knowledge with children with special needs. I am also Paediatric First Aid Course which I completed February 19th 2016 until February 19th 2019

After I finished collage I began to start working for a company called Mark Warner this work is abroad working in the company hotels in there crèche's.  Mark Warner is a well-known company and a great childcare reputation. Whilst working for Mark Warner I have been able to Combine my passionate, enthusiasm for children and have the opportunity to work in a fun, vibrant environment. I have found this role hugely fulfilling. As a member of the childcare team, I have been allocated an exclusive group of children from the children's clubs. These ages range from 4-month-old to 17 years 11 months. Being a childcare member of staff, I have been able to ensure that the children are have a fun, safe and exhilarating action-packed holiday. working from Mark warner has enabled me to grow as a person and how to be independent away from home. I have been working for the company for a year and a half.

On top of all this as I have two younger sisters which are aged 6 and 8. I have held a big role in there upbringing helping to support my mum with the nappy changes when they were younger to now getting them ready for school etc. I feel as though I have been able to support there development and watched them grow. they also  look up to me as a role model and I feel that all children should have this. I feel that I can be looked up to as a role model to other children too.
