Au Pair in the State. in the rematch. available now. Yung-Chia Hsiao from Taiwan. Speak Mandarin
looking for an au pair job

Dear Host Family,

My name is Yung Chia Hsiao and my English name is Vicky. I am twenty-seven years old. I am now living in Newton Boston. I am taking care of two boys. One is 6 and one is 4. I have 7 months left and possible extend. I speak Mandarin and in an intermediate level in English (TOEFL 83). I majored in Child and Family Studies. I have wealth of knowledge of children caring. I even got a level C license of babysitting in Taiwan and I hope I can put my knowledge to use. I love outdoor activities especially swimming. I had worked as a lifeguard in Walt Disney World for six months.

I want to be an au pair for several reasons. First, this is a great opportunity for me to improve my English skills and a great experience for my professional career when I return home. Second, I love spending time with children. I would love to do outdoor activities with them. Third, I always have a dream to live in the U.S. and experiencing American culture. I hope I can meet new friends and share my culture with others. Other than that, I hope I can create happiness and magical memories for children and the host family.
I had great experiences with children, I had been a trainee teacher, a children camp leader and a substitute teacher. Then, I have worked 4 months as an au pair in Boston. I think these four months make me know more about kids and what is an au pair. I always think the most important things with children are safety, education and happiness. No matter who we are took care of, we should be patient and stable with them.
I have an international driver's license so I can pick up and drop off children to school. I am flexible with my schedule if there are accidental situation. I will try my best to help out.
For my future plan, in about a year or two I plan to pursue a master's degree, but I am not sure what area I would like to pursue. So, at the moment, I would like to take some time out to have a different life experience. To this end, I think spending a year abroad would be particularly interesting.

If you would like to know any more information about me, please feel free to make contact with me. I would be happy to have the opportunity to speak with you. Thank you very much for your interest in my application! I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely yours
Yung-Chia Hsiao (Vicky)
