hello family! my name is maria joy but everyone calls me Joy. I am 22 years old and I live in the beautiful country of Philippines where a lot of wonderful nature resides. I used to live in my aunts house because they need someone to look for my younger cousins ages 7 & 10 because they are always busy in exchange of my tuition for my studies. At the young age I learned a lot about household chores including laundry and ironing even simple cooking. my duties includes preparing children in the morning for school and then attend school at the afternoon in the evening make sure the kids eat their dinner and make them go to sleep. every weekend i used to do the laundry and ironing of school uniform and everynight i help them with their home works. I enrolled in catholic school in my high school were the school make us go to different orphanage to learn and to share what we have where i can say that i learned loving childrens even more.
When my first cousin turns 15 years old i have to go back to my parents and study hard for my college and even have a part time job. I am very thankful for such experience where my cousins become my bestfriends and I learned a lot about my reponsibilities and become more mature, caring and good person.
Like my aunts always say i am a good at teaching the responsibilities and taking care of the house and children i am very reliable even if there are only 5 years age gap between me and my cousin.
I want to become an aupair to have more best friends and even younger siblings also i want to learn more about other countries culture and I think becoming and aupair will give me better opportunity to experience both.
