Melissa. South African. (Almost) 27. I will be moving to London mid year.


We are moving to London as my boyfriend is a photographer pursuing a new opportunity. As he will be terribly busy, I don't really want to sit around doing nothing all day.

I continuously study via correspondence and am a trained makeup artist. I work as a freelance copywriter, social media growth blogger and surrogate writer at present, all from home, at any given time, leaving my days open until I obtain my degree in 2019 and can actively seek permanent employment.

I am fluent in Afrikaans (a Dutch pigdin that wasn't an option in the additional language list), and understand clearly communicated Dutch and Flemish as well as rudimentary German.

I would also like to add that I do have a South African drivers license, although I can only drive an automatic car. I am more than willing to obtain a British license.

I'm most keen on caring for babies or children aged 6–11, as this is where I have most of my (minimal) experience lies, but I can adapt.

I prefer to live out, but am punctual and will always be on call at your desired time.
