Dear Family ...

My name is Ashante Michaela Jansen. 20 years of age and currently residing in Cape Town South Africa.
I am currently employed by a company called WNS on a campaign for British Gas where I provide customer service to UK based clients. This is not a permanent career choice but is great experience with regard to how I interact with people. I feel therefore I have a strong grasp different types of mindsets and how to be adaptable to any given situation.
With regards to my education I have finished up until grade 12 ( matric ) am looking to further my studies however want to be certain of my career path before I start the process prior to me doing so.
I have previous experience when looking after children, and have first aid training as well.
Socially I have a good relationship with everyone I meet. I consider myself a people's person and pay attention to my thinking manner and what I portray to others in my way of speaking and in the way I carry myself.
Morally I am strict on myself. Live by what I was taught and how I was raised. Follow rules and regulations and feel that this is a strong basis for self development and self improvement.

I am a very sociable person. My personality has a lot to it. I am very caring and considerate when it comes to others. I am always eager to learn and easily adapt to change.
Patience is one of my strong points and I value the beliefs and morals I was taught.
My family are very close knit so I am very family orientated. We help each other do better daily and have a strong level of support among ourselves.
I do not have any experience abroad but as I mentioned above I adapt easily and am always eager for new experiences.

I think I would make a great au pair because I love children. I am very patient and thorough and always strive to do my best in everything I do.
I feel that children especially in there beginning stages need to have a firm foundation on which to build their personalities and the correct support to do so, which is something I know I would be able to provide.
This is something I have always wanted to do and something I have passion for. Beside the general qualifications need for this position I feel i would bring that and more to the table as I would take each individual familiy and their needs into consideration and not my own.
The child I would have the privilege to care for would always be put first 24/7, 100% of the time.
