I am Alexandra, a fully qualified Mathematics Teacher, responsible, friendly and with an open minded attitude to the world. Since I would like to live with an English speaking family, I'll tell you about me, about my passions, skills and goals and about why I think that having me as an Au Pair / Nanny is a win-win situation.

* I love children and I truly enjoy teaching Mathematics, giving thus something back of what I received during my solid educational growing.

I have been an Au Pair and tutor for a Romanian family in London for one year and a half, providing educational support following the British curriculum, companionship and guidance to a primary school girl.
My English has improved since I came to London, but now I am looking forward to rich a higher level of English proficiency, as a member of a British host family, in order to pursue my dream of becoming a successful Maths teacher in the UK.
I love children and being around them gives me the opportunity to provide them direction and guidance towards knowledge and wisdom, help them building their self-concept and shape their dreams, so my volunteering work in two schools in London to support pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds to increase their mathematical knowledge, confidence and learning skills in order to reach their academic potential seemed to be just the right thing to do.
