AU PAIR live-in from Italy, 24, called Carolina, looking for a nice and fun-loving family, starting in february/march 2018!

Hello families!
I'm Carolina, a 23-almost-24-ears-old Italian girl, looking for a family in Ireland who can host me for 6 (to 12) months as an au pair.

I'm a big fan of traveling! I went in Ireland when I was just a little girl and I loved it. I loved the atmosphere, the castles, the churches, the uncontaminated nature and -most of all - the people. I'd love to go back.
I visited almost all of Italy, and I've seen Paris, Athen, London and Berlin. Two years ago I went on a crazy adventure alone in Andalusia for ten days and it was fantastic! After that, I went to Berlin alone for a week and I'm planning on visiting maybe Iceland or Amsterdam next.

Right now I'm working for my parents (it's been two years!) but I want to find a 'road' for myself, something I love with all my heart. That's why I want to come to Ireland to improve my English and social skills. My mission is to grow as a person and what a better place to do it than somewhere you fantasized about since childhood?

But enough of my dreams. Talking about myself: In my day I work all morning, come home, cook for my family, study English and Japanese and then play videogames or read or go out with my friends. I go to the gym two times a week, but other than that you can say I conduct kind of a boring lifestyle right now.
I live near the beach, so in the summer I go swimming every morning and usually I stay there with my friends all day. It's kind of my favourite time of the year.
About my hobbies, I love cooking and baking. I'm not a pro, but I think it's fun and the results are good enough. I read a lot (like, a lot) and I have a Netflix account I share with my close friends. Amongst that, I love drawing, even if I don't do that that much anymore because of all the work.

Other than my two siblings, I take care of sixteen stray cats who kind of adopted me and my family and I'm a volunteer at the local stray cats' association.

I think that one of my most important strengths is that I'm a kind and patient person, I almost never get really angry and I can work with (almost) all kind of people, but you can't say I don't speak my mind! I'm good at compromises and I think of myself as a good teacher. I have no problems waking up early and I love taking care of others -- and of myself, too.

About weaknesses... I'm not sure about my future, and that scares me a little. I'm constantly searching for myself, but I don't think that's really a weakness. I'm a bit goofy and silly, sometimes my head's in the clouds and I probably think too much about things (that's what my parents say, at least), but I'm still a really active person.

My family is big and loud. We're Italians, after all! I'm used to children running and screaming and fighting and I wouldn't change it for anything. I'd love to find another place I could call home.
