Hi I'm Leigh, I'm 28 and from England. My partner has a job at the university of Tampere so I am living here with him.
My background is in teaching and youth work. I have an English degree therefore am confident to include some tutoring support. I have a TESOL certificate too and have taught in various European schools. I have worked with children and young people in other contexts besides teaching. I have also worked with refugee children in a camp in Greece and my last job heavily involved facilitating group work around self-esteem & confidence.
I love working with children and am quite creative in thinking of ideas such as arts & crafts projects, outdoor activities and all round fun things for kids to do!
