My name is Carly and I am 23yrs of age. I have just left Melbourne, Australia to explore Central and South America. My goal is to experience the culture and learn about the history, but would also like to live and work in one place for an indefinite period of time so I can really soak it up. I love my family and am the youngest of three kids, with an older sister and brother. I believe personal growth to be one of the most important things a person can focus on, along with education and helping others. If I were lucky enough to get job with your family, I would be very respectful of your parenting techniques, and would be happy to encourage and discipline the kids in the same manner as you.
