Dear Family,
I am looking forward to meet and join a nice family in Norway.
I am Chiqui, 27-year old, single, Filipina and very interested to become an aupair in Norway. I like to experience joining your family to learn new things regarding your culture and your country. I like to see and experience your progressive and rich country with your beautiful fjords and interesting architecture. I finished my degree in BS Commerce major in Management in 2009. I also studied Health Care Services with courses and on-the job trainings in First Aid, Basic Life Support, Infant/Child and Elderly Care, Nutrition and Housekeeping.
I'm someone who is experienced, responsible, positive, active and have great affection for kids. I will be a great help in taking care of your children and helping around the house. As an Aupair and a member of your family, I will lovingly look after your kids and have fun with them. I will keep them safe always. I will help prepare breakfast, make lunchboxes and snacks for the kids. I can take them to daycare in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. And I'm also flexible, so if you need me to babysit when they are not feeling well or even during the weekends, I will be happy to help. With housekeeping, i can assure you that i am an excellent housekeeper. I know how to dust/clean surfaces, wash floors, cleaning windows/doors and make beds. I know how to use cleaning detergents, know how to operate vacuum cleaner, dish-washing machine, laundry machine,and many kitchen and cleaning equipment. I'm a fast learner, alert and meticulous. I will take good care of your home very well. I am also a good cook and can bake well. I can cook Asian recipes, pasta recipes, steak,make salads and many others. I can make pizza, bake bun or cupcakes for the kids. I'm open to learning new recipes and to cook many delicious dishes for the family and also doing the grocery shopping.
I grew up in a big happy family. My mother worked as a Nurse and my father as a civil engineer in our municipality. We live in a small farm. I am the 5th child and the eldest daughter in our family. Since my younger days, I happily helped my mom in doing the household chores including the kitchen and taking care of my younger siblings. Being the eldest daughter, I had the bigger responsibilities around the house. This first hand home training shaped my excellent skills in childcare, cooking and housekeeping. Most of my older siblings are now married and have children. I am the one who frequently babysit my nieces and nephews since they were babies. I had also done other paid babysitting jobs as part of my preparation to become an Aupair.
My interests include playing sports like badminton, tennis with my siblings, cousins and friends. I love playing with my nieces and nephews and later cooking and baking for them. We always have great time together. I'm also a little adventurous person in trying and learning new things.
I hope I will have a family to give me this great chance to visit Norway as aupair. I've heard many great things about this Country and i really look forward to meet you and join your family. I'm excited to know you closer and make memorable experiences with your family.
