Experience working with children. Preferably past experience working as an au pair, babysitter, or something in education. We are looking for someone who is warm, friendly and enjoys children and will be comfortable joining our family.

Someone who is flexible and willing to go with the flow (we are a pretty relaxed family and often very spontaneous.) We would prefer someone who enjoys the outdoors as we like to give our daughter as much time outdoors as possible.

My husband is German and it would be great to have an au pair who speaks German or Dutch but we would be interested in any languages.
