We are looking for a sister for our lovely 2 years old daughter.

We are Turkish small family who is looking after a sister and new family member to our 2 years old daughter. We live in Turkey's 4th biggest city Bursa. This is our first time to work with aupair, but our demands are mostly concerning our lovely daughter Nil who is very active and joyful kid. We are looking someone whom love and care her like a real sister, whom play games and teach. Beside these things we expect you to be honest, respect the family rules and open about on all issues.
Our daughter is currently need changing, but she is slowly started getting use to toilet. So we need your help to show her and get used to toilet.
We live in a flat with 4 rooms, we are planning to turn one our room to your private room . So you will stay in your own room . But you will be sharing the same bathroom, kitchen TV ..etc with our family. We will eat and cook together . So regarding all we don't want to see you as someone look after our kid, we want to see you an our family member. Please consider that , because you and us will had to share some privacy .
About other expectations , we are not demanding you much but expectation is just be active and help each other just all other family members.
During your stay we love to teach you about our culture and language.
