Introduction of the family offering the au pair / nanny job:

SAFETY WARNING: if you see any contact details below, DO NOT CONTACT THIS FAMILY but report it to us! It might be a scammer who will ask you for money.

We are looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable, tidy, dynamic and sensitive girl who preferably has some experience with children aged 10-13, some first aid knowledge would be a bonus and whilst there is not an expectation, if you would like to, you could do some simple cooking and baking.

As the children get older, we are finding that an au pair who can relate to the children, find the correct balance between being their friend and being the “adult in charge” and guide them in the right direction is becoming more and more important.

We believe that honest communication is the key to success and we want you to feel able to communicate openly with us too.

We need help from someone who will fit in with our fairly busy lives. To supervise the children getting up and ready for school, then some simple help with light housework (this should take no more than one hour per day), collecting Adam from school, helping with reading/homework, getting their tea and overseeing bedtime - with some evening/overnight care depending upon my work schedule. All childcare is planned in advance so you are able to make plans of your own for your time off - which there is plenty of during the day times and at weekends.

We would like to find someone who is both happy to spend time with us and become involved as one of the family but also with a sense of adventure that will take you off exploring the UK in your time off.

If you think this may suit you, I would love to hear from you.....
