Help needed for severely handicapped daughter, who needs help with walking and feeding.

We have two children. Our son is just finishing college, but our daughter stays with us.
We are looking for someone who is prepared to help a severely handicapped girl, who needs help in everything that she does.
This is not a job for someone who just wants to play games with a child. Certainly there is some of that, but the most important thing is to help feed her, which can be a messy business, as she has all her food prepared in a blender.
She cannot walk unless someone is holding her hands, so this is also a very important part of the job.
