Au pair needed to help educate a beautiful but delayed 13 year old child. Board and lodging, food and spending money provided. No chores required.

We are located in Solihull which is one of the best parts of the midlands in England. It is on the edge of the second city Birmingham but also easy to get to the countryside like Cotswolds and Stratford on Avon. We also live 2 miles from Birmingham international airport, and station where trains go to London in 1 hr 10 mins for about £10 off peak.
We need an au pair just 3 days a week, 9.30-4.30, for beautiful 13 year old girl who needs home education at a simple level, all material provided.
Our daughter is extremely fun and wonderful company but has a difficulty speaking more than about 1000 words hence the need for home education - we have full involvement of a professional speech and language specialist to provide speech material and have been running a programme like this successfully for 6 years with untrained students.
Our daughter lives with the mother in a 3 bedroom house; the father has a very modern clean and newly furnished house 1/2km away which has a fully furnished double room for the au pair. We have had several an au pairs for example (19 yrs old from Poland) from April to September 2015 (when she went to uni), another from Spain from October 2015 to May 2016 and most recently from Spain from Jul 2017 to today which have been very successful. Previous au pairs would be happy to talk to our new au pair if she desires.
We will provide spending money, all food and accommodation, a nicely furnished double room in a very good part of England and the au pair is welcome to join in family activities as much or little as they wish.
Our au pair needs to be understanding of our child's feelings in order to encourage her and make her enjoy her education and give her challenges she is proud of achieving but not too difficult to discourage her. Creative and love children.
Also to work with the father and mother in improving the education plan and thinking of new ways to teach as our daughter learns
Finally need to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the parents
