Au pair needed by a easy going and active family with 2 english speaking children of age 6 and 7. We live in a beautiful city in Northern Finland!

We are a funny, easy going, lively and happy family in Northern Finland looking for an au pair. We will move to a brand new house during summertime and there will be a new room for our au pair too. Our city, Oulu, is quite north, so we have a real winter here but also nice summertime. It is a biggest city in northern Finland but even though small in big scale. Basically we would need au pair to pick kids from the school and sometimes take them to hobbies as well as during the day to do some basic housework, grocery shopping and easy cooking. Our new house locates 15km from the city so you need a driving license. We do not smoke and we do not have any pets, cause the mom of the family is allergic. We appreciate good attitude and education. Lookin forward to hear from you!

As mentioned, main job is to help kids to go to school and bring them back home. You need to drive here, which is easy (no traffic jams or anything like that) but driving license is of course needed. Also if children have some hobbies and parents have to work during the evening (about 2 times a week), you need to take kids to their hobbies. On some days grocery shopping, preparing meals and keeping house clean may be on your duties. We value good (native) english skills, positive and sporty attitude and healthy lifestyle. We provide you a very Finnish environment and nature just near the house, so if you like outdoors it would be great. If you want to learn Finnish, we will offer you an opportunity to go to language lessons and teach you too of course. If you have any special abilities, for example if you can play an instrument or are expert on some sports, it would be awesome.
