WANTED a mature, fun -loving au-pair for our 8-year-old son starting September. We're a family of 3 plus pet cat, living near Hampstead Heath/Highgate in North London. Your hours are 06:30-07.30 and 16.30-20:00 Mondays to Fridays (babysitting extra). Your solo duties involve: wake-up/ bedtime routines, cooking supper, school runs (by car/tube), homework supervision, general housekeeping and errands. More flexible hours during school holidays.

* You must enjoy cooking and be an unfussy eater
* You must be organised, confident and persuasive with our son, who's cheeky and energetic – so you'll have to judge when he needs help with getting down to and completing his homework, which at times he struggles with
* fluent English, EU passport holder and clean drivers' licence
We expect you to make the most of your free weekends doing a course, socialising and visiting the city and other parts of the UK
