Family with 4 boys and a cat, living in a big house in the countryside, needs help and is ready to welcome an au pair.

Hello, we are Agathe and Alex from France. I am a graphic designer and an illustrator and Alex is the head of his own company designing apps and mobile services for retail stores. We have 4 boys, who are 2 sets of twins. The first twins are 12 and the second pair of twins will be 5 in november. We live in a big house in the south of France, outside of a small village, near the city of Valence. About the children : The bigger ones are very busy with school, rugby and music lessons. They also read a lot and enjoy skiing in the winter. The little ones are very easy kids, they're playing together a lot, they like drawing and to be read books. Alex is often away for his work, at least twice a week, and I need help to keep the house tidy, to drive kids to their activities and to take care of them after school is finished (4:30) until 7:30. Help also needed on wednesday when school is off.
We are looking for an au pair who drives, since not much can be done without a car here. Our ideal au pair would be like a responsible big sister or big brother, energetic but calm, knows how to start a game but clears the room when the game is over. Also we are all readers, I am passionate about arts and music, and we are looking for someone with an a good level of education to fit in our environment.The au pair will have its own car and its own room and bathroom. You can invite friends here from time to time, and you can take trips to Paris from time to time too as we can lend you a small room there.
