Happy family with 3 kids in Firenze (Florence) Italy.
We would be very happy to welcome You at our home in Florence.
we are a nice family and the au pair will have the own room at our home.
We have 3 kids (19 jasmin,17 julia and 12 baltasar) and a little dog (Ercole) .
My wife Audur is from Iceland and all kids are speaking both italian and icelandic.
Our culture is very scandinavian, even if I'm italian.
The 3 kids are also speaking english as my wife and myself.
We had already 3 aupairs in the last 8 years, Always from Philippines and we were always happy with them.
The main job is to take care of the house (cleaning, ironing and cooking).
The kids are indipendendt so there is not really a need of a baby sitter.
We can offer you the following package as start up, i.e. 400 euro per month + accomodation and other 3 house jobs next to us by other families, which our actual au pair will transfer to you.
In total are 7/8 hours per week extra by other families for home works , around 200/300 euro per month.
So the total package could be of around 600/700 euro per month.
You will have your own room at our home and for sure you will get all the meals.
At our home the work is from monday till saturday and sunday is free.
It is not an eavy job, because the kids are very indipendent.
But it will be nice if you will build up a nice relationship with them, especially with Baltasar (the boy).
The holidays are flexible, based on the needs of the family.
In the summer you could fly with us to Iceland (belonging now to shengen), where my wife spend 6 weeks from end of July till Middle of September and we have our summerhouse.
For us to select You for our home job is important to get the following actions :
- to receive per email your cv
- to receive a contact of reccomandation of a family where you worked in the past. I will take contact with them by email to get some informations about you
- to be in Florence not later than September 15th (better few days before if possible).
You can land in Firenze, Pisa ,Bologna, Milan or Rom. You can select the best rate you can get to one of this airports. They are all nearby and I can pick You up at the airport.
Our actual au pair will leave on September 30th and it is important that you will spend at least 1 week together, better 10 days, to be introduced at the work at our home and socially in Florence to the filippinian community.
There are many filippinos here and our actual au pair has very good connections.
For the week You will be with our actual au pair You can stay in the same room with her.
She can explain You the normal work during the week at our home and she can introduce You by the other families.
You will be welcome having all meals at our home.
what is important for me is that you are looking for a long term stay at our home, at least 3/4 years.
we are a nice family and our actual au pair can for sure give you some good advise about us, but we look for somebody who will spend time with us, not only for short term.
Exactely as Leizel and Jocelyne did and before them Adelina (another filippinian lady who stayed at our home and who left after 4 years simply because she got married with an icelandic man introduced from my wife !!)
we can help you to get legalized, if you like, but we can do it only if you stay with us for long time.
we like stability.
