August 2019 - The above is now out of date but we have left it there for those who may have looked before so they know who we are. Our circumstances have now changed and we are running a safari lodge in Northern Botswana so we are actually now looking for a TUTOR rather than just a nanny, so some experience teaching or interest in teaching is essential. The perfect candidate will

1 be available for a 3 month period
2 speak english fluently
3 have another language they can teach, preferably French
4 be able to teach music (recorder, clarinet, piano, guitar...)
5 be able to teach ballet
6 drive and do sports such as swimming and tennis
7 be able to cook fun things
8 have an interest in nature
9 not be afraid of creepy crawlies

Hi. We are a professional couple in late 40's. We are looking for an independent, well adjusted person who is not afraid to make decisions and be responsible.
A teacher on sabbatical or similar professional would be ideal. If you think you may have the skills and experience we are looking for please tell us about yourself. We live a long way from town in a wildlife area so the position would require driving experience and a general higher level of maturity. Being able to cook an advantage as this is one activity we want the kids to learn.
Note: Your nationality will determine if you require a visa to enter Botswana.
