Friendly au pair needed for adorable 1 year old daughter, in leafy London suburb of Teddington.

We are a couple, both working at different software companies in London. We take Sophia (our daughter) to nursery 4 mornings a week. We are looking for the au pair to pick her up in the afternoon and look after her until we get home. Sometimes we like to go out as a couple and we would pay the au pair more for babysitting if she is available.
We have a Spanish au pair now and she finishes on 30 of June. We are hoping someone can come near the end of her stay to learn from her for a couple of days. Sophia is a very happy child, so we want someone who can play with her, giggle, take her for walks, talk to her. She is just starting to try to crawl. The au pair should be responsible but still fun!
We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks so we do not expect the au pair to do any heavy cleaning; however, tidying up the dishes, doing a bit of laundry, preparing Sophia's meals and things is part of the job.
We will contribute towards language classes should the au pair want to take them.
