We would like an au pere who speaks French to join our family for the summer holidays. My husband and I are both Doctors, we have a large house in the country. You would have a double en suite bedroom. We live in Stafford which is 1 hour by car or 45 mins by train to Manchester and Birmingham.



You would have a week of free time from the 22nd July and would be invited to join us on a 2 week canal boat holiday around Staffordshire and Cheshire for the last 2 weeks in August.

We live in the Staffordshire countryside. We have a large house, lots of land. Stables, ménage and access to tennis courts, local shops and connections by bus to stafford, Birmingham and Manchester.
We have 2 cats and a dog who live inside and are very much part of the family. We love village life, socialising,there are plenty of young people around we can introduce you to. we love travelling, skiing, walking, watching films, cinema, eating out, good food, the boys Alex aged 12 and Adam aged 10 enjoy football,cricket and computer games as well as cycling and running around outside. You would have use of a bike and tennis courts, also riding.
We would love you to join our family to help the boys learn French and help us to become more fluent in French.
We can take you to London, Manchester and Birmingham to see the sights.
We are looking for someone friendly and fun who loves children and animals to enjoy the summer with.
We would like you to look after our two sons in the daytime for 30 hours a week, This would be while we are working, we will provide money for trips and outings. We will also take family trips at weekends which you would be welcome to join us with. We want you to have a full experience of living with an English family and you will be treated as a member of the family. Cleaning would be limited to cleaning up after the children. We employ a cleaner for normal cleaning. It would be helpful if you could keep the house tidy. (We are a tidy family)
We would like you to be able to help the boys to learn French and help with some homework for up to an hour a day. Pay is negotiable but around 100 euro a week.
