Nanny/au pair needed by a fun family with 3 children, to help us with childcare and housework so we can all enjoy life and learn something new!

Hello, we are a family of 5 people: Alessandra 43 year old (teacher), Manuele 42 year old (laboratory technician), Federico 8 year old, Marco 5 year old and Vittoria (almost two year old). She needs a nanny, especially during the morning, when I have to go to work. I am a teacher of Italian and History at High school so I work mostly during the morning. Federico and Marco would really like to play and learn new things from a au pair. They go to school at 8 a.m. and come back at 4,30 p.m. My husband works at University in Cesena, a town near Forlì, so that he usually goes to work at 8,00 and comes back at 5 p.m.
We can take you to discover the very real Italian lifestyle with Romagna traditional dishes such as homemade pasta and "piadina", and the beauty of our country.
We live in Forlì, in a big house with garden near a park, so that you can have your own room at the ground floor. We live mostly at the first floor. The house is quite central: you can find bus stop five minute walk or you can reach the city center by bicycle in 5 minute time. You can have also a bicycle to move by your own, if you want. In our town, there are different university faculties: Political Sciences, Diplomatic Sciences, Businness, Interpretation and translation, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Criminology. There are also language schools, even I could teach you italian. Our city is 30 km from beaches on Adriatic coast and 60 km from Bolonia University. By train you can get to Florence and to Milan in about two hours, and to Rome in about three hours. We would also like to take you to visit Ravenna, that is 30 km from here and its mosaics are beautiful.
We need help with children, with the house and family's organization. When I was young, I travelled a lot and made different experiences abroad by cultural exchanges in Usa, France, Germany and UK. I have also studied in Spain, at Salamanca University for one year, as Erasmus student. I think it is important for my children to know different cultures and to start to learn different languages, hosting a au pair and to consider her as just as a family member, a big sister.
During the week, we need you to look after Vittoria during the morning and somedays to play with Federico and Marco in the afternnoon or in the evening. In the weekend you can choose to spend your freetime with us or to go and visit a new place by your own. Usually we meet friends or we go for a walk or to the park and have dinner with the grandmothers, aunts and uncles and cousins. Sometimes we go for a trip to other towns.
