Au Pair needed for a fun professional family with 2 female children aged 9 months and 3 years old to help us with our childcare needs. Will have own room and will be provided with a car for school runs and other activities.

My husband James and I have 2 beautiful little girls aged 9 months and 3 years old. We are a very loving and affectionate family. We are both professionals in full time employment. James is a lawyer and I am a Musculo-skeletal Podiatrist. Currently, I am off work on maternity leave, but will be heading back to work in February. It breaks my heart, but it has to be done. Our girls are very smart and playful and are always eager to learn. As I will be returning to work in February we would like someone to start before I have to go back so we can all get to know each other and hopefully be compatible.
We live in a terraced house in Watford, which is on the outskirts of London with easy transport links. As I am on maternity leave I look after the baby all day. She is already crawling and cruising along the furniture. Smart girl! Our 3 year old is in nursery.
We are hoping for an au pair to stay for 6 months- 2 years who has experience working with babies and children prior to this stay. They will have their own room. You will be expected to drive to perform drop offs and pick ups from nursery school for the 3 year old.( A car will be made available for school runs)
They will be at home alone with the 8 month baby. We live directly opposite a nature reserve and you could go for walks there or sit and have lunch. Your evenings are yours to do with as you would like.

Housework would also be nice.(cleaning up after the girls, cleaning your own room and bathroom and light hoovering). (We have a cleaner for all other duties.)

The work hours we require are from 7am- 6.30pm Monday- Friday

If the Au Pair is keen to attend a language course it would have to be in the evenings or at the weekend as myself and James work full-time.

Watford is a charming city and has a lovely shopping mall, lots of local sights to visit, which are all easily accessible via local buses.It is easy to get into London as well with the excellent train links and services if they wish to do this in their own time.
