Au Pair needed by friendly happy family with 1 disabled child Leo to help us with childcare and Leo's day to day needs.

We live in a very rural location so it is a quiet life! We require help with Leo day to day: get him ready for school, help him wash/dress eat his meals. Leo goes to a special needs school because he has autism, epilepsy and learning difficulties. Leo can't speak but understands quite a lot of what is said to him. It's important that's his au pair is patient, firm but fair with him so he knows his boundaries. Leo takes medicine twice a day for his epilepsy and hasn't had a fit for over 5 years. Leo occasionally wears nappies. Leo can display challenging behaviour like headbanging and crying due to frustration.
