Nanny/au pair needed by American family living in Tuscany to give Mom a break.

We are originally from the Pacific NW in the United States. We strongly believe in eating local, natural foods and choose to support small, local businesses when we can. We want someone who speaks Italian fluently and at least some basic English. We have a young daughter who is 20 months old and I am pregnant with our son due in early April. We are looking for someone to come 2-3 times a week for a few hours to give a me break to rest, shop, clean etc. hours could increase as I get closer to my due date. May also include a few hours in the evening on a Friday or Saturday night for a date night every once in a while.
