Living on a farm, looking after a 10 year old girl.

We would be looking for a person who is willing to live remotely. It is a long drive to the next town and not many people around, but the farm is beautiful and by the sea. There is one ten year old girl who needs the company, someone to help her with clothes, hair etc. It would be good to have someone with experience of children and who is ok with not having many tv stations or high speed internet. We sometimes take in foster children and it would be good to have help with that. There are animals at the farm and cats and dog inside the house, so not good for people with allergies.
